• We accept SPEI electronic transfers from any bank and cash/check deposits at BBVA Bancomer branches.
• SPEI electronic transfer payments are automatically recognized within 60 minutes, cash/check deposits within 24 hours.
• SPEI electronic transfers for amounts up to 8,000 pesos can now be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Each customer receives personalized bank details to make their payment via email when placing their order.
• It is necessary to receive your payment in full before the end of the next business day to avoid your order being canceled.
• It is not necessary to send proof of payment, as each payment is automatically identified.

• Ensure the fastest processing by paying with national and international VISA, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards.
• The card is charged after confirming your order in the last step of the process. In the meantime, no charge is made.
• You only need the information printed on your card: Cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and security code.
• Accepted debit cards: BBVA Bancomer, Banorte, Banamex, Banco Azteca, Banco del Bajío, Bancoppel, BanRegio, HSBC, Inbursa, and Santander.

• Use your PayPal account to make payments with national and international VISA, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards.
• The card is charged after confirming your order in the last step of the process. In the meantime, no charge is made.

• Cash deposits are accepted at all OXXO stores and are automatically recognized within 60 minutes.
• OXXO charges an additional commission of $14 pesos and accepts payments up to $5,000 pesos in cash only. OXXO does not accept credit or debit cards.
• Each customer receives a personalized payment reference to make their payment via email when placing their order.
• It is necessary to receive your payment in full before the end of the next business day to avoid your order being canceled.
• It is not necessary to send proof of payment as each payment is automatically identified.

We invoice every order in strict adherence to the guidelines of the tax authorities. If you require an invoice with your current tax information, please enter your billing information including your RFC during the order process. If you do not require an invoice, just complete the basic information and we will issue a generic invoice.

We send your invoice via email when your order is shipped. Subsequently, you can view your invoice history in the order history area.
