Our unshielded twisted pair (UTP) Category 5e cable has been designed for speeds up to 1 gigabit per second, while also ensuring reliable performance at 100MHz frequencies or higher. It also complies with relevant international electrical and telecommunications standards, such as ANSI/TIA/EIA 568C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801. This cable consists of four pairs of polished solid 25AWG copper, conforming to industry manufacturing standards, which combines with a polyethylene foam dielectric to ensure maximum durability. An additional benefit of this cable is the fire-resistant jacket, known as CM. This is a special multi-purpose communications cable for Ethernet deployments in commercial or industrial single-story buildings. Each cardboard box contains a 305m (1000 ft) roll of cable.
