The AVR900U interactive UPS system with AVR protection provides reliable battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, and line noise that can damage valuable electronics or destroy data. The 120V battery backup with 12 outlets is the ideal protection for your home office, media center or business components, including computers, routers, printers, HDTVs, Blu-ray players, game consoles, ATMs, security systems and digital signage equipment.

Provides Time to Back Up Critical Files During a Blackout
Battery backup allows you to work through brief power outages and gives you enough time to save files and safely shut down your system in the event of a prolonged blackout. Backup time varies depending on the load, but the interactive UPS system will keep a low-power desktop computer with a small LCD monitor powered for up to 47 minutes. During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the internal replaceable battery fully charged so that backup power is always available.

12 NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
Six 5-15R outlets provide battery backup, surge suppression, and voltage regulation for your computer, monitor, and other crucial components. The other six 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression only for printers, scanners, speakers, and other desktop equipment considered non-essential during a power outage. A high line mode efficiency rating of >96% reduces BTU emissions, power consumption, and ultimately, energy costs.

Automatic Voltage Regulation [AVR] Corrects High and Low Voltage Conditions
AVR protects your equipment from progressive hardware damage, data loss, and performance issues caused by brownouts and overvoltages. The AVR900U can correct brownouts as low as 89V and overvoltages as high as 145V and return to nominal 120V power continuously, while keeping the battery fully charged and ready to take over in the event of a power failure.

A HID-Compliant USB Port Allows Automatic Shut Down and Saving
This USB port connects the AVR900U to a computer running Tripp Lite's free downloadable PowerAlert® software to enable unattended file saving and safe system shutdown in the event of a prolonged power failure. A USB cable is included. Battery-free restart ensures automatic UPS power-on, without user intervention, after prolonged power outages, even with expired batteries that need replacement.

Compact Cabinet Compatible with Easy Desktop or Wall Installation
The space-saving ABS cabinet fits on a desk, shelf, or other convenient location for your workstation or home theater. Keyhole mounting tabs on the back make it easy to install on a wall. The 5-ft. (1.52 m) power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug connects to any AC outlet.
