Provides Time to Back Up Critical Files During a Blackout
Backup support allows you to work through brief power outages and gives you enough time to save files and safely shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. Backup time varies depending on the load, but the interactive UPS system will keep an energy-efficient desktop computer with a small LCD monitor powered for up to 17 minutes. During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the internal replaceable battery fully charged so that backup power is always available.

Connects Your Equipment to 4 NEMA 5-15R Outlets
Three 5-15R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for your computer, monitor and other crucial components. The other 5-15R outlet is surge-protected only for printers, scanners and other non-essential equipment. The VS450T can automatically correct brownouts as low as 89V and overvoltages up to 145V and return them to a nominal 120V without expending battery backup power needed to support your equipment during a blackout.
