The SmartPro SMART1000LCD 120V, 1000VA/500W Interactive UPS System with LCD provides AC power backup and protection against blackouts, brownouts, surges and line noise that can damage electronics or destroy data. Ideal for backing up your desktop computer or audio/visual components, this interactive UPS switches to battery backup mode in milliseconds to keep your equipment connected long enough to save files and shut down safely without data loss.

While all eight NEMA 5-15R outlets protect against surges, four of these outlets also offer up to 3 hours of UPS battery support for a DVR component, 60 minutes for a basic desktop PC and LCD monitor, and 10 minutes of backup at half load (250W).

Automatic voltage regulation (AVR) corrects severe undervoltages down to 89V without using battery power. EMI/RFI noise filtering improves equipment performance and prevents damage. A 1038 joule surge suppression rating protects your equipment against damaging surges.

The space-saving NEMA 5-15P plug with a 1.83 m [6 ft] cord connects to any NEMA 5-15R receptacle and allows furniture to be flush against the wall. The large, dimmable, rotating LCD screen displays real-time input voltage, overload, AVR and battery status at a glance. With the Free PowerAlert Software (available via free web download), the SMART1000LCD allows for safe system shutdown and unattended file saving in the event of a prolonged power outage.
