Super-fast line to battery power switching occurs within milliseconds to keep connected equipment operating without interruption or reboot. 96% online mode efficiency offers reduced heat emissions and operating costs. Network management interfaces support communications via the USB port, RS-232, and optional network management card slot. The HID-compliant USB port allows integration with built-in Windows and Mac OS X power management and automatic shutdown features. Communication network ports allow detailed monitoring of equipment load levels, self-diagnostic data, and utility power conditions. PowerAlert UPS monitoring software can be downloaded for free. Controllable output load banks allow remote shutdown and disconnection of selected outlets on a scheduled and real-time basis. Emergency Power Off (EPO) interface. The LCD panel easily rotates for viewing in rack or tower configurations. Audible alarm with momentary alarm cancel button and silent mode setting options. Programmable self-test.
