Gives You Time to Back Up Critical Files During a Blackout
Battery backup allows you to work through short power failures and gives you enough time to save files and safely shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. Backup time varies depending on the load, but the INTERNET350U will keep an energy-efficient desktop computer with a small LCD monitor powered for up to 13 minutes. During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the internal, replaceable battery fully charged so backup power is always available.

6 NEMA 5-15R Outlets Protect Your Connected Components
Three 5-15R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for your computer, monitor and other crucial components. The other three 5-15R outlets provide surge suppression only for printers, scanners, speakers and other desktop equipment considered non-essential during a power outage. Each outlet offers wide spacing to accommodate bulky transformer plugs. A high >98% line mode efficiency rating reduces BTU emissions, power consumption and, ultimately, your energy costs.

A 316-Joule surge suppression rating protects connected components from the harmful effects of power surges. Dual dataline surge suppression jacks protect a wired peripheral from dangerous surges on a single 10/100 Base-T network or dial-up connection.

This USB port connects the INTERNET350U to a computer running Tripp Lite’s free downloadable PowerAlert® software to enable unattended file saves and safe system shutdown in case of a prolonged power failure. A USB cable is included. Battery-independent restart ensures automatic UPS startup, without user interaction, after prolonged power outages, even with expired batteries that need to be replaced.
